Shipping

We will ship in stock items within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Items on backorder will ship when available.  At this time we ship within the US, all coupons associated with free shipping are within our shipping areas.  Flat Rate Shipping $5.95

At this time ZenEssence only ships within the US, and not Internationally.

Returns

ZenEssence wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to inspect your package upon arrival, if any of your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact customer care at customercare@zenessence.net. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost.

ZenEssence accepts exchanges and returns within 15 days of delivery on unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition products. Unfortunately and without exception, we can not accept returns or exchanges on open or used items. For hygienic purposes and due to the nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skin and body care lines.

Please take a moment to understand if we ship out your order and you have provided us a incorrect address or you refuse your order we will need to charge you for the shipping cost of your order and for Amazon customer please remember there are fees associated with your order and we will be charging you for the fees that Amazon charges us.

If you would like to return an unused/unopened item, please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. Complete shipping costs of returned and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by ZenEssence.

Amazon customers please note, there are Amazon fees associated with all Amazon orders and returns, you will be charged for this upon your return as well as the full shipping price. If you cancel your order and it has shipped, the same fees and charges apply.

Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package, we recommend sending it via insured mail. You must contact ZenEssence for return authorization, returns sent without preauthorization's will be held up in the process.

Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, we will email a credit confirmation for the cost of the merchandise minus all applicable shipping costs and any Amazon fees associated with your return. Refunds cannot be issued until the merchandise has been received and inspected by ZenEssence. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
