Return Policy:
Customer
satisfaction is important to

are dedicated to offering
you superior quality and

ZenEssence will gladly
accept exchanges on
merchandise. Please
inspect your package
immediately upon
arrival. If any of your
products arrive damaged,
or with visible defects,
please contact customer
service immediately.
Damages and defects not
reported within 3 days
of receipt will not be
accepted for return.
ZenEssence accepts
exchanges and returns
within 14 days of
receipt on unopened,
unused and in resalable
condition merchandise
less all shipping costs.
All samples and gift
with purchases need to
be returned unused if
the entire order is
being returned or the
item offering the gift
with purchase is being
returned.
Unfortunately and
without exception, we
will not accept returns
or exchanges on open or
used items. For hygienic
purposes and due to the
nature of our products,
we do not accept returns
on any Bath and Body
products.
If you would like to
return an
unused/unopened item
please email customer
service for a Return
Authorization Number
(RAN) and for exchange
information. Please have
available the original
invoice and the reason
you wish to return the
item(s) so we can
process this in a timely
fashion. Store credits
will be issued for all
returns. All return
authorizations are valid
for no more than
fourteen (14) days.
Returned merchandise
must be received by our
returns department
within the fourteen (14)
day time period.
Shipping costs of
returned goods is the
sole responsibility of
the customer, and will
not be reimbursed by
ZenEssence.
Please pack merchandise
securely in the original
shipping package and
send it via insured post
with a trackable
confirmation number as
all items must be
received in resalable
condition. Upon
receiving and after
inspecting the
unopened/unused items,
if approved, we will
email a credit
confirmation for the
cost of the merchandise
minus all applicable
shipping costs. Credits
will not be issued until
the merchandise has been
received by ZenEssence.
No refunds will be
issued. Please allow up
to 10 days for
processing your return
once we receive it.
Sales Tax:
There will
be no charges for sales tax
outside of California.
California state law
requires that California
based businesses collect
sales tax on all orders
placed and shipped within
the state. The current tax
rate for the state of
California is 8.25%.
